埃因霍芬理工大学(THE,荷兰语为Technische Hogeschool Eindhoven)于1956年6月15日由荷兰政府创立。该大学是荷兰理工大学中规模第二的，仅次于代尔夫特理工大学。

1、学校概况

埃因霍芬理工大学(Eindhoven University of Technology)在2003年欧洲委员会的报告中，埃因霍温理工大学在欧洲的研究类大学中第三(前两名分别是剑桥大学和牛津大学，同的是慕尼黑理工大学)。2005年《泰晤士报》(Times)高等教育增刊的大学榜上，埃因霍芬理工大学名列世界第74位，2006年上升至第67位，是一所名副其实的大学。
