at once

主要指动作迅速,但中间多有一段距离。

eg: He will arrive at the bus station at once.

immediately

侧重指时间上“紧接着”。

eg: The boy went to school immediately after breakfast.

早餐以后，这个男孩紧接着去了学校。

soon

表示“不久”“很快”,强调时间很短。

eg: The two girls soon became friends.
