　　一、学生入境新加坡较新政策

　　IPA有效期将缩短为3个月

　　新加坡移民局发布留学生入境新政：对于2023年1月1日或之后授予的所有IPA，IPA有效期为自批准之日起3个月或至课程开始之日止，以较晚者为准。

　　注意：2023年1月1日之前发行的所有IPA将继续有效6个月。

　　?小科普：留学生入境新加坡需申请学生证，但学生证需入境新加坡后再去办理。次入境新加坡需线上申请IPA，（*IPA是单次入境签证，在次入境新加坡使用）。

　　?IPA有效期不构成在新加坡的合法居留，学生在新加坡时必须确保持有效的访问准证。

　　?学生应确保在申请中输入的电子邮件地址正确无误，因为与申请相关的所有电子邮件通知都将发送至申请中所述的电子邮件地址。

　　?自2022年2月1日起，新冠疫苗接种已成为13岁及以上人群签发STP（学生证）的强制性要求。STP-IPA持有人必须在国际免疫登记处（NIR）更新其疫苗接种记录，才能完成STP签发手续，这将有助于加快完成STP签发手续。

　　1. TheIPAvaliditydoes not constitute a legal stayin Singapore. Students are to er sure that they have valid visit pass when they are in Singapore.

　　2.Students are to ensure that the email address entered in the application are corr rect as all email notifications pertaining to the application will be sent to the email addre ss as stated in the application.

　　3. Since1Feb 2022，COVID-19 vaccination has been a mandatory requirement for the issuance ofSTP for those aged 13 and above. STP-IPA holders must have their vac cination recordsupdated in the National Immunisation Registry（NIR） in order tocompleteformalities forSTPissuance. This will help in speeding up the complet ion of formalities for issuance of STP.
